PateKC
I have a 256MB Corsair Platinum Series module that has gone bad. I want to be able to send it in for replacement. I built my current system about 9 months ago and about one month ago my system gave me some sort of quick system failure screen and then rebooted and rebooted in a loop. Since then I've tried a new HDD with a complete re-install of WinXP Home and get the same problem. Currently my system is back up with the other 256 module that works fine. I even tried a new gigabyte m/b and it wouldn't even boot with this module. P/N CMX256A-3200C2PT 400 mhz CL2. I just need a ticket so I can submit for an RMA. thanks, Ken ... Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted December 31, 2004 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 31, 2004 Do you have more than one? If so I would sugegst you send the pair for RMA! Please send us a email with a copy of the form or all of your info name address and phone# and the Module part# and copy the link to this post and email it to Warranty@corsairmemory.com. Or you can also use the On Line RMA Request Form as well. If after 1 day or 24 hours excluding weekends you do not get the rma please email the same to rma@corsairmemory.com and we will help to resolve it.
