No RMA response after 7 days?

Hello, I recently purchased a refurbished M65 (Part No. CH-9000070-NA/RF) which had a broken weight on arrival. I submitted at ticket (6787550) to the RMA site the day I received the mouse with all the relevant information and proof attached and have yet to see/hear any progress on it a week later.

 

I've only heard good things about Corsair's customer service but I'm starting to worry. Does it normally take this long?

A reply is usually 2-3 business days though it can be longer.

 

You should receive a reply on the next business day at Corsair (California time)

 

If not, you can call Corsair's toll-free number using Skype to ask for a ticket status update.
