Bug Report

Not sure where I can file a bug report so will do it here and hopefully someone at corsair will see it.

 

 

I have noticed that the CUE software will cease running once a pc has been remoted into more specifically with RDP. Here are the steps I take.

 

1: Connect to pc using RDP from another machine whether it's my laptop or cell phone.

2: log out because i'm finished using it.

3: Login to the pc which has the corsair keyboard and notice that my lighting profile is not working.

 

It seems to happen pretty consistently and when i log back into the pc which has the corsair keyboard i have to constantly relaunch CUE. Please fix this it's rather annoying.
