Cue link headset stuck color

Recommended Posts

Hello.

I got all peripherals Corsair ( Strafe RGB MX silent, M65 PRO RGB and VOID 7.1 RGB USB ) When i put rainbow wave on cue link it work perfectly until pass 1 hour or so headset stuck in a color. If i reset CUE this is solved so, it's a problem with CUE or Profile error.

Any with same issue?

The logs seem to be from at a time you have restart CUE.

Do you have the previous one? As it may contain more useful information than this;

[2016-07-09T12:23:59]: VOID USB send set brightness level report failed

am I wrong or did we run in to something similar before?

@Inheritance

Seen it on the VOID Wireless but not the VOID USB.

@own1ng

Can you reflash the firmware via force flash in CUE?

Latest BIOS, chipset drivers?

Have you tried running CUE as administrator?

Try a different USB port and see if anything changes.

Try a different USB port if you haven't but this time make sure its controlled by the AMD Chipset.

Also make sure your chipset drivers (ASMedia and AMD) are up to date.

ASMedia® USB 3.0 controller :

2 x USB 3.0/2.0 port(s) (2 at mid-board)

ASMedia® USB 3.0 controller :

4 x USB 3.0/2.0 port(s) (4 at back panel, blue)

AMD SB950 controller :

12 x USB 2.0/1.1 port(s) (8 at back panel, , 4 at mid-board)

Now is working fine as administrator. IDK what fail the previus test. i let it all night with the rainbow preset and still working.

Or a problem with other program will stop the cue maybe or overcharge the ram. Just i check the ram usage over time.

Try a different USB port e.g. the ones controlled by the AMD chipset. You will be able to find which port is controlled by which in the motherboard's user manual.

Third party USB controllers have been the cause of problems with CUE.

Actually, i was wrong. There was a firmware update for the VOID Wireless not the VOID USB headset.

When did the issue start appearing?

Can you try the previous version of CUE? Does it change anything?
