Yet Another K95 with dead LED's

I didn't want to start another thread about this issue, as there have been many before. However, all the ones I could find had all been closed.


I have started an RMA for my K95 (exact model number: CH-9000020-NA) due to many failed LED's. The first failed within a week after I received the board in September, 2014. Since then, many more have failed. I'd guess around 30+ or so.


According to https://corsair.secure.force.com/home/home.jsp, Corsair offers an Express Replacement option for RMA's. However, only the Standard Replacement option was available during the RMA process for my board.


I do not own a replacement keyboard; when I disconnect my K95 to return it to Corsair, I'm dead in the water.


I would LOVE to do the Express RMA. Can someone here help? I have a ticket number I can give you in a PM.
