Question about memory revision

Hello. I have been wondering about 2 of the same memory but with a huge deferent in price. 1 is CMK16GX4M4B3200C15 at 156 uk pounds and the other CMK16GX4M4C3200C15 at 99 uk pounds.

The deference in the letter B to C from what i understand is the revision. Was wondering what that means exacly and if i will be ok going with the 99pounds CMK16GX4M4C3200C15

i have another question that came up, if anyone is kind enough to awnser.

My motherboard says it will take DDR4 Memory 3600(OC)/ 3200(OC)/ 3000(OC)/ 2800(OC)/ 2600(OC)/ 2400/ 2133 MHz.

What exacly does that mean? If i buy a 3200 speed memory and plug it in will i be good to go or do i need to change bios to utilize the full speed? .. that would complicate things.

thx for the quick awnser red-ray! I am finalizing my build but my cpu will be Intel i7-6700k, motherboard Z170A GAMING M5, psu Supernova P2 650W, gpu msi GEFORCE® GTX 1070 GAMING X 8G.

Also what abou the 2 ram question, are they actualy the same?

I expect they are the same, but have no real idea why the CMK16GX4M4C3200C15 is cheaper than the CMK16GX4M4B3200C15.

I friend installed CMK16GX4M4C3200C16 in his ASUS Rampage V Extreme on Monday and they are working well.
