RAM Returned over a week no response?

i have returned some ram modules which have failed last week, i sent the RAM well packaged and secure. i am starting to worry as Corsair haven't updated my ticket at all :(

i looked on google maps and i couldn't find the company on google maps?


i guess they have lost it inside there warehouse?


if anyone can help me i would really appreciate it

i have posted a number of messages and also spoken to a few people using the live chat system. the corsair return center doesn't even have a contact number? the person on the live chat system couldn't do anything because of the hour difference?
