BBllaahh
The main cause that I am aware of is my desk shape and pc position: But the thing is it starts acting really strange when I launch Team Fortress 2 specifically. The fan starts making what can only be described as "wheezing" noises and only the power supply starts heating up abnormally. Right now moving my setup somewhere else is not an option. Opinions or ideas?

coolrunning
Your best bet is to but a can of compressed air take the shield off the PSU and and go to work. If the fan is still making a noise the PSU needs to be RMA'd or the fan replaced. Just did a google search and found some one using a duster. No. Static electricity equals bad. Make sure to use anti static brushes or compressed air good luck.
