They told me that they would contact Corsair and see if it was possible to get nay help. Maby to replace the dongle? Today I got the answer that it is broken and that there is now replacementsparts to buy. is this really true? Is it impossible to just buy a new dongle? Hope to hear from someone who knows! Please make sure you attach a copy of your receipt to your ticket so that we may verify and honor the warranty.
