I am unable to get my Windows 10 computer to recognize the K95, model number CH-9000020-NA. It has been past the warranty date, and i've no receipt of any kind anyways. I was told it was most likely hardware failure, which is disappointing.


Anyways, I have some questions to ask.



Anything that could be the cause of this that is NOT hardware failure?


What do I do with it? Is there any way to jury-rig it?


I would hate to see it wasted.
