New K70 RGB not detected in CUE

I've tried everything I can think of. Different USB ports (all 2.0, I don't have 3.0), multiple restarts, uninstalling the software, keyboard, and all HID keyboards in Windows, trying an older version (1.3.70) of CUE, changing polling rates, cleaning out registries entries, disabling legacy in BIOS. Nothing has worked. My K70 RGB will not show up in CUE at all.

These are the logs from my most recent install

Have you tried the keyboard on another computer? Does it work fine?

Are your drivers, Windows, etc up to date?

Have you tried running CUE as admin as well?

I don't have easy access to another computer running Windows, so no. As for the other two, yes and yes.

I do want to clarify that the keyboard works fine short of being shown in CUE (and thus all the CUE related functionality)
