warranty in Czech Republic

Hello,

 

I have a question. I have bought Corsair Force Series GS SSD 180 GB on 17.7.2015 here in local store in Czech Republic. Unfortunately SSD stopped working with bad SMART error. SSD is still in the warranty period, but problem is, that the shop where I have bought the SSD no more exists, so I have no place where to complain the warranty. So what can I do? Is there some authorized CORSAIR service center in Czech Republic which I can contact with my issue?

We are able to send replacement units to Czech republic, please feel free to create a ticket.

 

You can submit a ticket for a replacement on our support website at http://corsair.force.com. Please make sure you attach a copy of your receipt to your ticket so that we may verify and honor the warranty. Our Tech Support will then review your ticket and give you feedbacks within 1-2 business days.
