Fastest way to replace faulty PSU?

My PSU is faulty, what is the fastest way to get a replacement PSU?

 

Ask for an Express RMA via https://corsair.secure.force.com/home/home.jsp so they send you the new one and then you return the old one.

 

I suspect a HX850i, but only Corsair can tell you.

 

AFAIK if the item is more than a month old you have to pay and I suspect Parcelforce Worldwide express48 will be £16.40

Under Express RMA will they provide a prepaid shipping label for me to return the old one?

 

I was told I would have to give CC info over the phone which I don't feel comfortable with.

Hi Technobeard,

 

Thank you for taking the time to check this topic.

 

I requested a prepaid shipping label as a kind gesture however a support agent replied: "This is not our normal policy".

 

I'll try again since insured shipping for this heavy PSU is nearly 20% at most of the price I originally paid.

 

Hopefully we can come to some sort of agreement regarding this.

 

I've stayed loyal with the Corsair brand for a decade now.

I went on live chat and the support agent said he would arrange a prepaid shipping label.

 

How long does it usually take to receive this?
