Moving to Kuwait, can I still use my US-bought PSU?

Hi,

I will be moving to Kuwait soon and want to understand/figure out how I can use my computer which I built in the States. Here's the information I have so far:

Voltage: Kuwait is 220-240 Volts (U.S./Canada are 110-120 Volts)

Primary Socket Types: British BS-1363

What exactly do I need to do other than buying another PSU from Kuwait?

I have read that there's a voltage switch at the back of the PSU (http://static.evga.com/products/images/gallery/220-G2-0850-XR_XL_7.jpg) that I need to flip so I could use it in Kuwait, using a travelling plug adapter. Do you recommend this? If not, what would be the best way that would allow me to use my desktop there?

The overall estimate of Wattage usage for my PC is 487W (http://pcpartpicker.com/p/B3jHvK)

Thanks!
