jallured Posted December 27, 2004 Share Posted December 27, 2004 i have a stick of pc3200 XMS3205v1.1 (yes, the good stuff -bh5) that i purchased from googlegear about 2 years ago. i am not sure when the probelm started, i havent used it in about 6 months. when i run a system with this ram in it i will often get system errors and lock ups. i ran memtest86 and got many errors even with the ram running at 333mhz on loose timings. i dont have the original invoice and i cannot contact googlegear, as they turned into zipzoomfly and i no longer have an account there. i have the original package that the ram came in. can i still get an rma #? thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Or you can also use the On Line RMA Request Form as well. If after 1 day or 24 hours excluding weekends you do not get the rma please email the same to rma@corsairmemory.com and we will help to resolve it.
