I have never seen this before

So, I just purchased the Corsair K70 RGB keyboard and am simply trying to install some user created lighting profiles (or "import" them would be more correct). However, instead of being straightforward .zip files like I expected I am seeing this key icon next to the files after download that I have never ever seen in my life. I have been using computers for well over a decade and have never come across this before.

Anyways, I simply can't install/import any profiles from Corsair and seeing this weird icon actually has me worried something is going on with my computer as a whole. I have installed both the latest firmware and software for the keyboard so it is 100% up to date.

Its like its asking me for some sort of supervisor PW? I am the only user on my PC, its a personal home computer. I have never set or been asked for a PW, I would be the administrator

So I just purchased the Corsair K70 RGB today and am attempting to get custom profiles. Anyways, I have figured out how to get the Corsair Utility Engine to recognize a custom profile and can activate it... only while im ACTIVELY in the program. For instance lets say I import a profile called "posion" I find it and have it up in the utility and it works as expected... as soon as I click out of Corsair Utility Engine or close it then it goes right back to my default...?

How do i get the profile to "stick" as soon as I no longer have it highlighted or exit the Corsair Utility Engine... it goes right back to my default even though I can see my imported profile under the "Profiles" tab

I can't get the profiles to save as .prf
