H100i High Temps and low pump RPM

The past two weeks my CPU temps have been very high, in the 70C to 100C if any load is put on the system. My CPU will throttle itself when the temp gets over 90C so it doesn't heat to the point of burning out. I've noticed that the first pump listed in LINK always has a low RPM in the 200-300 range. Is it possible that my pump is dieing and causing the overheating issues. Should i just take it out and RMA it back to corsair. Thanks for the help in advance.

The pump should run at about 2100 RPM so I suspect it's dieing. Request an RMA via https://corsair.secure.force.com/home/home.jsp and see what they say. You will need to upload the invoice.

I have also just noticed CL4 is reporting two pump speeds! You only have one, so I suspect this is a CL4 bug you should also mention.
