Awfully bad support for a premium product

To whom it may concerns.


I had opened a ticket requesting to buy 2 spare buttons for my brand new k70 rgb bought at 3 of Feb 2016.



This is a fantastic piece of hardware but due to my fault I managed to brake 2 key caps. That's why I opened a ticket requesting to buy 2 new ones at :



The ticket is 6755688 and it's open from 19 march 2016 without an actual response.


So is this normal response time? And finaly where I can buy original k70 rgb caps for my beloved keyboard.


It shouldn't be that hard for a piece of hardware with that premium price tag (bought for 190 euros).
