M65 Pro button remapping saved to the device?

Recommended Posts

I have a M65 Pro. I've found that using the Corsair Utility Engine I can save my lighting choices and my DPI settings to the mouse itself (meaning I can uninstall the Corsair Utility Engine or end its task and those settings will remain on the mouse). However, the button I remapped on the mouse (it's not even a macro, just a single button swap) will not work unless the Corsair Utility Engine is running.

Is there any way I can save a button remap to my device? Maybe there's a way to save my profile as a firmware and put in on the mouse instead of its stock firmware? Can anyone help?

The reason I ask is that the Corsair Utility Engine seems to add a lot of time to my PC's formerly quick start up and shut down.
