Corsair Software Crashing And Have To Restart PC

Hi guys,

I have your Strafe RGB, M65 RGB Mouse and VOID Wireless RGB headset. I usually don't have any issues with it, but sometimes and it's really starting to annoy me, I go to turn on the headset and it crashes the software, disconnects the wireless receiver and completely crashes the mouse and keyboard causing them to freeze on the effect / profile they were last on. I have to shut down the computer and unplug it to clear the cache on the keyboard / mouse then unplug and re-plug in the wireless receiver. This must be software right?

Just wanted to put this in here so it's investigated. Any advise on fixing this will be appreciated.

Cheers!

I have the same setup at work and I haven't had this happen to me. What version of CUE and what firmwares are all your devices?

The software breaks the Void and vice versa. I went to bed last night with my headset close to me and about 12' from the dongle and when i got up and looked at the software it said no device was connected (dongle & headset)

I have been complaining about this for a couple months and corsair is doing nothing to address/fix the issues
