Toasted
You'll need to provide more information such as; What applications are running when the headset turns off. Which VOID headset do you have? What version of CUE and firmware is the headset on? What Operating system are you running? etc To contact technical support, you can create a ticket to Corsair here; https://corsair.secure.force.com/
nosandraim
I have the same issue. firmware and cue are both the most current. win 8.1 and it doesn't matter the applications it has shut off regardless of what i'm doing. Void RGB wireless headset.
n3m37h
The problem is the corsair software. It breaks the Void! If you wish to use them with no issues you must close the CUE software, don't need to uninstall just stop the software
Hyncharas
The problem is the corsair software. It breaks the Void! If you wish to use them with no issues you must close the CUE software, don't need to uninstall just stop the software That's sounds great, with only one caveat... if you happen to use more than one Corsair device on you system, closing the CUE application means you can't use any of the macros/shortcuts associated with the other devices! Would be nice if the company instead investigated this issue and fixed it for long-term.
