Narod Posted April 4, 2016 Share Posted April 4, 2016 Have not seen anything simillar posted on the forums upon searching. Title pretty much explains it all. Upon plugging the Raptor HS40 into any usb port (on 2 different computers tested), Windows says that the USB device malfunctioned. Device Descriptor Request failed, code 43. Headphone has a short static noise and the two blue LED strips next to the microphone light up. None of the controls work and it is not registered as an audio device in Windows.
