Lylio
Hi everyone, I've just replaced my case front fans with a couple of 4 pin PWMs plugged into one header with a Y-cable. Using SpeedFan, I can vary the speed of these fans with no problem (simply typing a percentage in for Pwm4). However, in LINK, the only mode I have for these fans is 'default' - I don't have any options to vary the speed. Is this right? I thought LINK would allow me to control the speed of PWM-type fans, just as SpeedFan does. Many thanks for any advice.
red-ray
Is this right? Corsair Link can only control fans connected to Corsair Link hardware. It reports some motherboard fans, but can't control them. You would need to have a CL Mini for CL to control your case fans.

Mark_K
The ability to not control your MB fans is by design. We use to be able to do this in previous version of CL. Corsair obviously removed that functionality to force people to buy the CL Mini hardware.
