Merconium
Had rather sudden trouble with suspend to ram not working and random reboots--first time in two years. Ran memtest using the settings from the XMS timings post, RAM locks at even 125mhz. Lemme know what to do next.... Thanks!
Wired
Tried multiple slots? What CPU / FSB / motherboard do you have? What timings / voltage?
Merconium
P4 1.8 (Northwood) had been running fine at 2.5 for over three years. ABit IT7-Max. FSB: usually 140; get errors all the way down to 120. Had been in slot 2 literally for two years (12/10/2002--LOL records); tried both slots 1 and 3. Voltages from 2.7-2.9. Could go to 3.1, but I'd rather not. I don't think that's the issue. Timings from both SPD and manual (same): Latency:2 Ras-Cas delay: 3 Bank cycle: 6 Precharge: 3 Command: 1t The system had been super stable until this month. Then it wouldn't wake from suspend, had errors copying files, etc. Memtest craps out in test 2 everytime.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted December 25, 2004 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 25, 2004 Failures in test 2 might suggest your CPU might be getting tired. Can you test the modules in another system?
Merconium
It's a pain, but I can go to my mother in law's house this afternoon. I'll be back with results.

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted December 28, 2004 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 28, 2004 All of the failures you have listed would suggest some other problem, I would try testing the system with our over clocking the CPU and see if the modules will pass http://www.memtest.org running the CPU and memory 1-1. If you get no errors I would suspect some other problem. But if you still get errors then let’s try replacing your modules. Please send us a email with a copy of the form or all of your info name address and phone# and the Module part# and copy the link to this post and email it to Warranty@corsairmemory.com. Or you can also use the On Line RMA Request Form as well. If after 1 day or 24 hours excluding weekends you do not get the RMA please email the same to rma@corsairmemory.com and we will help to resolve it.
