Update on RMA?

I am currently in the process of RMA ing my PSU. Curiously the ticket states that my product has not arrived, yet a ticket comment tells me it has been received and asked if I would accept an alternative replacement. After responding to that I have heard nothing for 3 days and the ticket progress has not been updated. Could you look into the ticket and update me on the current progress as I don't like being left in the dark. My RMA number is 6752668.
