kusskowe
I bought two XMS2400 256MB modules from Newegg a few years ago. A little over a year ago one of them went bad and was replaced by Corsair with a XMS2700. Been running fine since then suddenly started having stability problems. Bit of messing around shows that replaced module runs fine with no problems by itself. Remove this module and replace it with the other older one (same slot) and the system (Windows XP) blue screens on startup. Seems like I got a bad run of the 2400s or something? System has not been changed in years. Athlon 1700 XP with Epox 8KHA+ MB. Running Bios defaults with no overclocking, tweaking, etc.
