mrhyde200
I had purchased 2 sets of TWIN-X 3200C2PT (4 Modules - 512MB Each) Things seemed to work fine for about 2 months and then I started experiencing crashes until finally my computer became totally corrupted and I had to reinstall everything. I replaced the mother board, thinking maybe that was the problem, but it wasn't. I narrowed down the problem to a bad memory module & had it replaced. But since I had Twin-X modules I should have had them both replaced. Now my problem is I have 2 modules that in any configuration 1 or the other, or both chips installed. The system won't boot at all. My other two chips work fine. No Problems at all. My System Configuration is as Follows: ASUS-P4C800-E (MB) Intel P4 3.2GHZ 800mhz (Processor) MSI-TI4200 (VGA) 1 Set Twin-X 3200c2pt 1GB Total 80 GB WD C Drive Pioneer 107 DVD-RW 420 WATT Thermaltake Power supply I have personally built and configured many computer systems & workstations and have used about a dozen sets of Twin-X memory pairs. I am certain that these chips are bad. As I am unable to boot the system, so I was not able to get a MemTest error code. Please give me the OK to get an RMA and have the Modules replaced. Thank You!
