Morningstar
Hi I've never really used Macros before. I've created an action on the k70 to press a number of keys. No problem with that at all, works very nicely. I have noticed though that if I assign the action to a letter key, that key no longer types that letter if I am using in game chat. I know I can get around this by assigning the action to a non letter key but I was wondering if there way a way around this? If I use for example "K" the description of the letter in the assignments will state "K, Action" implying that not only will my macro be on the key but it will retain it's mapped letter as well. Am I missing something simple and obvious? It feels like I am. Thanks for any help rendered!
Corsair Employee Corsair Henry Posted March 9, 2016 Corsair Employee Share Posted March 9, 2016 If you set an action for "K", the action will be what you set to every time you press it. However if you exit CUE, it should revert back to the original key because it is saved with CUE.
Morningstar
Thanks very much for your reply! That does make sense. I'll just make sure to assign any Macros I need to non-letter keys. Cheers!
