H100i Leaked Potential Damage

Luckily my computer has not been running for quite some time due to some issues but upon opening my 750D today I noticed some residue all over my RM1000 and MSI MPower Max motherboard. It looks like my H100i has leaked all over. I removed it and noticed corosion on the copper plate. Is there anyway of getting a replacement for the H100i and the components that it leaked on? I see residue on my motherboard, PSU, and the front header cables for my 750D.

I have already contacted Support but I wont get a response until Monday at the earliest.

This happened to a buddy of mine, and it ruined his GTX 980, and Corsair unfortunately has a maximum dollar amount for hardware replacement caused by damage such as this, so I believe he only got like $150-175, hope you have better luck.

Hopefully since the majority of the damage is with the Corsair products they will replace those at least. :(:

How old is that cooler? I thought they would last 5 years... maybe I should only expect a couple out of mine.

Checking my emails, I bought it January 3, 2014 and probably installed it not even a week later so I've only had it for 2 years and little less than 2 months. :(:

If you don't get a response from them at then of the day, go ahead and post your ticket # and I'll see what I can do to speed things up a bit.

I don't think that he'll only get $175 tops for that card. The current market value of a GTX 980 is a lot more than that.

Got a reply earlier today. Sending the filled out form once I find the required invoices/receipts.

Quick question. Why do I have to pay for return shipping if the item is not cosmetically damaged? I was told over the phone today that you guys only test for mechanical and electrical issues but not cosmetic issues. Since the items in question are Corsair products (other than the motherboard), could they be replaced under warranty?
