DSLRocks Posted December 22, 2004 Share Posted December 22, 2004 Hi RamGuy, I need to return 1 stick of VS512m400 lot 0434036-0 ram. I bought 2 from Newegg on 8/31/04. I checked both sticks with Windows Memory Diagonistic and 1 stick fails all 6 tests the other stick passes. I tried the test in all 3 mb slots with the same results. My motherboard is approved (MSI K8N neo-FSR). This ram has been working up until now. Update: I just ran memtest and got the same "bad" results on this 1 stick of ram. Or you can also use the On Line RMA Request Form as well. If after 1 day or 24 hours excluding weekends you do not get the rma please email the same to rma@corsairmemory.com and we will help to resolve it.
