pgof Posted February 17, 2016 Share Posted February 17, 2016 Re RMA 6729207. I returned a faulty power supply from Australia to Taiwan on 20 Jan 2016 at my expense. All RMA requirements were adhered to. The package has been received and the RMA processed (according to the ticket). We have no information on when or whether the replacement has been posted. I have rung the supposed toll free line (not toll free from outside the States apparently!) 5 times on different days and no answer. The computer has been sitting there for almost a month unable to be completed because of your faulty product.
