pgof
Re RMA 6729207. I returned a faulty power supply from Australia to Taiwan on 20 Jan 2016 at my expense. All RMA requirements were adhered to. The package has been received and the RMA processed (according to the ticket). We have no information on when or whether the replacement has been posted. I have rung the supposed toll free line (not toll free from outside the States apparently!) 5 times on different days and no answer. The computer has been sitting there for almost a month unable to be completed because of your faulty product. Can we get some information on when we are likely to recieve the replacement power supply?
Corsair Employees Corsair James Posted February 17, 2016 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 17, 2016 I checked your ticket and it looks like you were notified on the 10th that the RMA wasn't fully processed due to the Chinese New Year holiday: Hello Oscar, I apologize for the delay, however the warehouse your unit will be shipping from is currently closed for Chinese New Year so nothing will be shipping out until they return on February 15, 2016. I apologize for the inconvenience. Also our hours of operation are Mon-Thurs 7am-5pm Fri 7a-3:30pm Pacific Standard Time. You should have also gotten a note that said your PSU will ship out on the 19th due to a backlog. If you have any more questions, go ahead and reply to the ticket so the reps can see.
