rogue221
So I have this Corsair strafe MX red Keyboard. The problem is I keep getting asked to update the firmware, however when I try the update fails, and the keyboard stops working and I have to unplug it and reinstall it. I have both plugs in a USB 3.0 plugin, I even tried it thru my standard USB plugins on my case and in the back of the motherboard, nothing seems to work. I've tried launching in admin mode, even changing the permission settings listed in the FAQ. I have the non RGB version of the strafe. If there is no firmware update, why the software keep asking at start up? Is there away to stop it from checking for firmware updates at least so I don't have to tell people to click cancel. In normal operation everything works, I can create profiles and change the lighting effects, I just can't run the firmware update.
