Bryman
I just want to make sure... is it safe to run the H80i v2 at a lower rpm? I'm assuming it is, since it lets you change it At "quiet" it's about 950 rpm and at "performance" it's about 1800 rpm It's not any louder at all at the higher rpm... the pump just makes this really quiet clicking noise and it gets faster at the higher rpm... I had to turn my fans all the way down and put my ear right next to the pump to be able to hear it, it's really quiet
Corsair Employees Greybeard Posted February 17, 2016 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 17, 2016 That's perfectly fine. I would just monitor that clicking noise at higher rpm and make sure that it doesn't progressively get louder down the road. From your description though, sounds like everything is working as expected.
Bryman
Okay, thanks The clicking noise is just the pump running... that's the ONLY noise I hear from the pump, it's a very silent click I'm actually surprised how quiet the H80i v2 is

It sounds like you do.
