meepithmancer Posted February 16, 2016 Share Posted February 16, 2016 I turned on my computer like normal, and found that my keyboard was unresponsive. The 3 lock lights are on, no other backlighting is. I have tried unplugging, restarting, reinstalling drivers and CUE, and nothing so far has worked. CUE is not recognizing my keyboard, windows device manager is. I got the keyboard 3 months ago, so I'm not sure if the warranty is even still valid. Toasted Posted February 17, 2016 Share Posted February 17, 2016 If unplugging the keyboard and replugging it in does not do anything e,g, The three indicator lights are still on and no backlight, keystroke response.
