isaac1987a
I have a Void Wireless Headset running 38.01 and am running windows 10 pro. I am verifying microphone functionality on the windows recording devices. After 2-3 minutes or any program trying to use the microphone, the microphone stops registering any input sound. I can tell the mic is still working in hardware as I can hear myself in the system's internal loop-back system. The only way to correct the issue is to re-pair or update the firmware which forces a re-pair.
Toasted
Did this issue start appearing after a CUE/FW update or did it start when you got your headset? Can you try the headset on another computer? Does it do the same thing? Have you tried a different USB port?
isaac1987a
Did the troubleshooting steps recommended above and found that uninstalling the corsair audio software fixed the problem. Any ideas why the software would cause this issue? Thanks.
Toasted
Could be a driver issue as uninstalling CUE also uninstall the drivers. What happens when you reinstall the software? Does it stop working again? Did you also try the headset on a different computer? Was the issue still present?
