Toasted Posted February 16, 2016 Share Posted February 16, 2016 What do you mean it won't accept your VOID USB charger? It doesn't find drivers for it? You can check whether the headset is charging in CUE. (Settings>Devices> VOID Wireless > Battery Status) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Toasted Posted February 17, 2016 Share Posted February 17, 2016 If your headset does not turn on with and without the USB cable attached; Try a different charging cable (microUSB to Type A cable), When connected to a USB port, the InfoMic LED closest to the headset should start pulsing a colour.
