RMA and Proof of Purchase

I've got the Corsair CH-9000061-NA, K95 RGB keyboard. I'm facing a repeating key & malfunctioning LED problem. I've already submitted a support ticket, with ticket number being 6741139.

 

Problem is i lost the receipt from the company from which i bought said keyboard. Will Corsair still honor the warrenty?

Most likely no as there is no way to confirm the warranty status of the keyboard.

 

Contact your retailer and they may be able to provide a replacement receipt.

 

Your point is valid, however, the K95 RGB was released late August, 2014. Right now, it's February 2016. There's at least 6 months of warranty that is still valid on any k95 keyboards around the world.
