edit: SOLVED

As the title says, for some reason the LED Corsair logo on the top of the pump is flashing constantly. In addition, the pump itself appears to be at 0 RPM in the Corsair Link, though the header connected to my MoBo shows that it is spinning around 3.850 RPM and the temperature of my CPU is normal.

The unit was purchased in September of 2014

After makenig the above post, the fans that are attached to the unit stopped spinning so I decided to submit a new ticket in Corsair Support.

I also uploaded a short video on youtube

Update

My new unit (H80i GT) finally arrived today.

Already installed it and now I am packing my faulty unit, in order to send it to Netherlands center, as instructed.

Though I was perfectly satisfied with my H80i unit, the new H80i GT is quite an upgrade!

It looks better, it is less messy because it has less cables and my system is around 6 to 8'C down, both idling and under load.

The only negative so far, is that the pump, in "performance" mode, is quite loud.

I would like to thank again all the people in Customer Service I talked to and communicated with, for your excellent support and help.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

This was an excellent "Customer Service" experience!!!
