Carbide 200R power button paint falls of

Elaphe

Hi. One year ago I purchased a Corsari Carbide 200r case. Last week I found that part of the paint on the power button (on the right part, where I push it to turn on my computer) has fallen off. I have not touched the button with solvent, turpentine, not any agressive product. Actually, I don't think I've ever cleaned my case since I bought it, apart from removing the dust with a cotton piece of cloth. I've just used it normaly, using the button 3 or 4 times a week. Now I can notice that simply by touching the unaffected part of the button with my nail, the paint falls off very easily. I don't know if this is a quality issue of my unit or the model in general. It's simply incredible. I've had to use paint to try to fix it, but the result is not good. I've also had to unplug the power led button from my motherbase because the light goes through the broken paint and looks terrible. Now, what can I do. Do I need to address this to the store where I bought my case, or do I address it to Corsair directly? Can I have a replacement button or a full front panel (in case the button cannot be removed)?

I have submitted my ticket to Corsair but it's not accepted. I don't understand why. The have asked for:

"Please provide the following in the Attachment section below for reference. Thank you:

- clear picture of the lot code and part in question"

and I've uploaded this:

What could be wrong? Please help me. Maybe it's something I have not understood correctly (I'm not a native speaker of English).

Well, if my ticket is not approved, I'll have to create a new one, this time requestion a full front panel.

Meanwhile, I've been able to fix the problem of my defective button. I've sanded it, added a small circle cut in vinyl on the front as a masK for the light and then painted it with spray. Several coats were necessary. Then I removed the sticker and finally added a piece of blue vynil on the back of the button. This is the result:

What is your ticket number?

The lot code is on the box. You can also find the lot code sticker at the back of the case as well. Did you upload the pictures to the ticket directly or gave them a link to the pictures? if you gave them a link, it may be best to upload the images to the ticket instead.

I did include the photos on the ticket. Now I have included more photos of the box and of the case. On the back of my case, the only sticker I can see is this one, and I think it belongs to the power supply. I don't remember having removed any sticker from the case.

The only reason I can figure out for them not validating my request is that the code on this photo cannot be read well, because there's a scratch on the sticker.
