vlake93
I read that others has the same problem as me(Bent right panel of 780t) but my problem is the only thing I can do is straighten it out, I can't get it replaced due to the fact that I'm in the Philippines and they don't replace parts here and the 780t is very hard to find here. I tried straightening it out but the bend just keeps on shifting from right to left. Can someone please tell me where I could send this panel to be fixed? Like a mechanic, welder or something. Thanks in advance.
Toasted
Did you contact customer service and see whether or not they can send you a replacement panel to you? Make sure you upload your invoice as proof of purchase. https://corsair.secure.force.com/

Toasted
I would still put in a ticket and upload the invoice as proof of purchase and see what they can do. As long as the receipt shows information such as the shop you bought it from, purchase date, etc it may be fine.
cruzer3_style
Greetings! I bought a Corsair 780T, super case and i was happy! But I have a problem with the right side panel the solid one: do not stay closed and it is annoying to sit with the panel open, and ugly:eek: It is crooked. it is obvious bent in a strange way. I saw that there were similar problems. What do you advise me to do? Have you changed any of you the side panel? Can be solved with Corsair Support? Thanks for understanding! PS: The case is brand new and supplier can help me. Not sell accessories and spare parts.

MaverickSY19
I just got the 780T case yesterday and my side panel also is a bit warped. It closed ok from what I can tell but when I have it off it does that thing a sheet of aluminum would do where it kind of warps back and forth. Hard to explain. I'm not sure if its bad or if it is just the way it is. Once I clip it on it seems to be semi ok.
cruzer3_style
That was my problem and I have gaps left right up about 1 cm. Does not close completely.
cruzer3_style
If completely close there's no problem!
MaverickSY19
Mine completely closes but I don't like these doors. I loved the doors and construction of the 760T but I love all the extra space in the 780T. So I can't win I guess :P. I almost went for a 900D but they are too plane looking for me. I like some spice. Not to mention the thing would only have like 2 inches clearance under my open air desk where I like to put my tower. The 780T looks nice once put together though and has lots of space, I just think the construction of the case is not as good as the 760T models. I'm giving my 760T to my son as it is still in stellar shape and he doesn't need as much space as I do as he wont be running dual GPU's with water coolers all over the place lol. cruzer3_style
I understand what you're saying ! No product is perfect! Before I had a good v71 Thermaltake core but quite difficult to work with and was also very noisy and had to be cleaned often.
cruzer3_style
Hard to believe but the components are colder in 780t unlike Core v71 ( 4 200mm fans ). So win win for me!
