Kresselack Posted February 9, 2016 Share Posted February 9, 2016 i've got my h2100 today. i charged it about 4 hours like it says. then i plug my wireless dongle and installed the software as usual. at the first moment i got shocked because of that sizzle. when i play low frequency sound left side of my headphone finish sound with sizzling. i really get annoyed of this. there is no problem with right one. is this fixeble or do i have to return them? Toasted Posted February 10, 2016 Share Posted February 10, 2016 It;s probably a speaker issue. Contact your retailer and ask if they can replace the headset for you.
