Wired
CMX1024-3200C2 Make sure it's the same version as the memory you currently have and that your board supports 1 GB sticks or you may have problems.

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted December 21, 2004 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 21, 2004 Please check the label on the module. Should be like: Corsair CMX512-3200C2 XMS3202 Rev 3.1 0404098. Can you tell me the make and model of MB you have, or you can check the user manual they list the memory specification. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted December 22, 2004 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 22, 2004 With this MB you only have 3 slots, if you have 2 modules installed now you would have to run the memory at DDR333, and if you add another module that is not exactly matched the system will not post! I would suggest you replace what you have now with Twinx2048-3200C2 if you need to have more memory. But you would not be able to mix 512 Meg and 1.0 Gig modules, sorry! Can i put XMS400 memory in my mother board, 2X 512 sticks? Will it work and will i notice a difference in gaming?
