CUE does not detect scimitar mouse after update

If you are experiencing issues with the Scimitar and FW2.01. Downgrade the firmware for now.

Have a look in your BIOS and play around with your USB settings. E.g. try turning off Legacy devices and see if that does anything.

It may be best to put in a support ticket as they may be able to advise you on which options to look out for.

Can you try reinstalling CUE to see if that will address your issue? Or perhaps try changing usb port?

 

What mobo are you using?

 

I have done that 10 times still no change and mine randomly shut off.

 

Luckily it stopped working just after the 30 day period to return it :D:
