fbmbirds Posted February 8, 2016 Share Posted February 8, 2016 Gonna go out on a limb here and just say it. Corsair blows the big one. I cannot even begin to tell you how much I hate their Keyboards. Now here me out, I bought a K70 back in like 2010ish and the lights went out. I RMAed it and got another one which after a few months the lights went out. I RMAed it once again and asked for a different Keyboard all together and well Corsair hooked me up with a K95 for my troubles. Problem is lights started going out on that keyboard as well so guess what I did, yep I RMAed it once again and got a refurbished K95. Now guess what happened to this keyboard, Dam lights are going out. Just think, You buy a product and over the course of 5-6 years have to submit 3 RMAs and go through 5 keyboards. Where is the Quality? Where is the Control? I just wanted to jump on the forums to let everyone know I will no longer support Corsair. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Nick84 Posted February 9, 2016 Share Posted February 9, 2016 I feel your pain. Lights are going on my second K95. First one was RMA'd for the same reason. I've been busy lately and this one has been almost unused and is in mint condition yet still the leds are breaking. And now its out of warranty and they wont replace it. I built my system around Corsair. Case, fans, headset, speakers and sub, ram, keyboard, mouse, ssds, power supply, mousepad. They wont even talk to me about my problem and now I'm stuck with 2 defective keyboards (due to software) and cant do nothing about it. fbmbirds Posted March 22, 2016 Author Share Posted March 22, 2016 I was denied any support for this keyboard. Originally bought a K70 and loved that keyboard but it started to have issues. After several RMAs and even an upgrade to a K95 and more RMAs later I am stuck with a detective board and no support from corsair. Thanks a lot Corsair for standing by your products.
