CUE wont install on my windows 10 help?

I don't know if I am the only one with this issue but I downloaded the Corsair Utility Engine to setup my keyboard which is a Corsair Strafe RGB. For some reason nothing happens after I click on to install, it just loads with the loading circle and then nothing, looking on task manager and it is running but just not showing up on the screen.

I did have to update windows 10 fully but when trying again its just the same.

Tried troubleshooting and it came out saying its Incompatible :/

I would suggest re-downloading CUE just in case the first one was corrupted somehow. Are you running any other gaming software?

I have re-downloaded it and it still did the same thing, only other gaming software i have is razer synaspe

Have you checked your security software? Just thinking it may have blocked the installer as a false positive.

Im not sure how to check my security software on windows 10, could you go into detail about how I can check it please.

This is getting beyond the joke now, its starting to frustrate me that the fact that I got this keyboard for rgb and silent switches, but your software doesn't even want to work... im not going to sit and waste my time waiting for answer so I might just take this crap back.

Please can someone from Corsair give anymore suggestions.

Razer and Wacom drivers really seem to screw with a lot of other devices' drivers. If you have either, I recommend completely uninstalling them and seeing what happens.

I removed the wacom drivers and it worked but then I got blue screen but it still worked after. Would installing wacom drivers be ok now ?
