RMA Approved but nothing happened after 6 days

Hello, i sent in corsair vengeance 1500 headset on Friday 29/01/2016 via Royal mail special delivery. This require it to have a signature and allow me to track its progress. Its now been 6 days since i have sent it and i have heard nothing, no emails or ticket updates. I recently left another comment on my existing ticket asking what to do and went into live chat and was told to wait 1-2 (2 days ago now) and still nothing.

 

I'm in the UK and it was sent to their company in Bolton

 

My ticket number is: 6733213

 

I am wondering if anyone has got any tips or advice to help with getting this sorted. Any help with be appreciated.

Does the tracking number show that the headset was signed and delivered to Corsair?

 

If you haven't, you may want to provide that information to them as proof of delivery and they can probably use that number to find your package.

 

In Royal mail tracking system it states it has been delivered and has a signature, i went into live chat to ask about this and they said they got it but wait 1-2 business days. Its now been 3 and still nothing hmm.

Hey Spark,

So I just looked into your ticket and looks like it hasn't been received in our system. Since you have confirmation already, I'm sure that the headset is physically there already just not processed yet. No worries, I'll send a reminder to RMA team and make sure that they provide you an update sometime today.

I am having the exact same issue;

Ticket number 6735662

My AX 850 Power supply completely died which means now I have no machine at all. The RMA was promptly approved on the 1/2/2016, they received the PSU on 3/2/2016 according to the courier service tracker, which I provided within the ticket, and since then I have heard nothing on the matter.

I suppose all that we can do is wait. :(
