PSU RMA 3 days later no update?

Hello, I sent in my PSU for RMA on Friday 29th January. I sent it Royal mail special delivery so it needs to be signed for. It was delivered early on Friday with a signature, it's now 3 days later and my case status has not updated, I've left a ticket comment with no response and I've called the customer service via Skype and unfortunately the call dropped but before it did he said there nothing really he can do but he got in touch with another team (don't remember the name) and asked them to speed it up.


I'm in the UK and it was sent to Bolton.

Thanks for any help, if any is possible.
