I Don't have original receipt for RMA BUT...!!!

Hey guys as stated in the title I don't have my original receipt for my 128GB Force GS SSD which I'd like to submit for a RMA. From anyone's experience does Corsair still take the RMA even without the receipt?

 

BUT!!!

 

I was able to walk into Fry's Electronics the other day (1/29/2016) and they were able to print out the purchases I made on (1/21/2014) which included my 128GB Corsair Force GS SSD. It's not exactly a receipt but it gives the date, the price, the PLU/UPC #, and some of my info.

 

Is this print out from Fry's acceptable or is it a lost cause?

A receipt would definitely be needed.

 

From what I've seen the internal print out from a local store is usually a print out of an internal screen and is missing a bunch of info. Doesn't even say Fry's on it.

 

Good news though - you can email customerrelations@i.frys.com and they can send you a full and proper receipt.
