Ticket number 6733391, no reply after 48 hours

Dear corsair


This is the first time for me to try to use RMA service of Corsair. I have sent a ticket (Number:6733391) for noise problem of PSU (HX750) in 1/26/2016 3:04 AM and added a wav file recording the noise from the PSU, but still no any answer. The message says a reply will be made within 2 business days, but it has been beyond 48 hours. So, I start to wonder if I failed to submit the ticket correctly so my ticket cannot be seen by Corsair guys.


Can anybody check the status of the ticket, just knowing my ticket is in the process would make me much more comfortable.
