Erinephp
Hi, I just built a new system and am very satisfied with how quiet it runs. I tried the corsair Link software to monitor temps and fan speed. I really like the main screen, it gives an excellent overview of the systems temp and fan speed. It tracks correctly all the temps and fan speed. However i can't control the speed of the fans although all the fans are PWM. I can control the fan speed in Asus AI suite, but i deinstalled it in order to setup Corsair Link. I also disabled the AsusFanControlService which boots at startup. In attachment is a screenshot of my issue. The only fan i can control is the fan of the Corsair PSU hx750i, and i can't setup a custom fan curve, only a fixed RPM. Any idea why i can't setup my own fan curves or use the quiet, perf and balanced ones from Corsair? Thank you in advance for your replies! red-ray
CL3 + CL4 can only control fans connected to CL hardware and can't control the motherboard fans. You need to get a http://www.corsair.com/en-us/corsair-commander-mini for CL to control the fans. There has been talk of adding PSU Custom Curve support to CL, but CL4 does not seem to have this.
